A health additive processor.Situation:The factory had miss aligned
the blender shaft causing vibration. Which lead to catastrophic
failure of the blender shaft, and damage to the blender and the
bearing support structure.Solution:Removal of the factory shaft attachment point
and reinstall at the correct lineup. Fix the dented blender housing
and cover plate. Remove the broken pieces of the bearing support
structure and install new pieces and extra reinforcements.
Reinstall the blender and fit for proper alignment.Results:A happy customer that has a blender that will
be dependable for many more years of service.
